Spring is a perfect time to be proactive about creating an IPM (Integrated Pest Management) plan. We receive a lot of calls from people after problems emerged, and although most problems are treatable the damage has already been done at that point. The goal of IPM, however, is to look at plant health care comprehensively and catch as many problems as possible before they establish.
